Users must create an account to access the MOOSE MODE application and its subscription features.
MOOSE MODE may offer both free access and optional Premium subscriptions. Premium unlocks additional analysis, performance history, and training features.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing.
Refund requests may be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and MOOSE MODE's subscription terms.
The MOOSE MODE brand, software, content, analysis models, and algorithms are the intellectual property of Rock Mooselake.
The service provides golf performance insights for informational and training purposes only. MOOSE MODE does not guarantee golf performance improvement.
MOOSE MODE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
